Dental Director Sign-on Bonus
We

Continuing Education Allowance, Loan Repayment, and an Annual Production Bonus! We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist for our Dental Director position, in the
scenic northeastern region of North Carolina, This role entails overseeing our
patient-centered medical/dental home clinics, ensuring top-notch oral health
care. Collaborating closely with the Dental Program Coordinator, CMO, and CEO,
the Dental Director optimizes revenue generation through consistent adherence
to program policies and procedures.
Located
in Roanoke Rapids, Our dental sites boast state-of-the-art equipment, including
digital imaging, and utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records
and practice management. Serving a diverse patient demographic of adults and
children, dentists typically work four 10-hour days per week. We welcome
patients of all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on serving the
underserved community.
Compensation:
Salary range $165,000
- $170,000 based on experience

Requirements: DDS-DMD Degree. Candidates with at least one year of experience or residency are preferred. BLS certification EOE. Federal and State Criminal Background Checks and Drug Screen required for all positions.
