our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Home Health Medical Director Physician is
responsible for providing medical oversight, guidance, and leadership to the
home health care services. The role involves ensuring the delivery of
high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective
collaboration with healthcare professionals. The Medical Director will play a
crucial role in developing and implementing clinical policies, protocols, and
programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficiency of home health
services.

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics).
- Active medical license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in home health or related healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of home health care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
