Must have active state license

Weekdays, Call, Weekend call
20 patients per day in clinic, 5 - 8 elective surgeries per week, 15 - 20 ED calls per month
General ortho joints, scopes community trauma and fracture care
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
