Family Medicine Job In Everett, Washington
Locums Part Time Family Medicine Physician
We are seeking a Locums Family Medicine Physician to join
our primary care team in Everette, WA. The successful candidate will deliver
high-quality, evidence-based primary care, develop individualized care plans,
and ensure comprehensive care within the medical home model. In this role, you
will see 10-15 patients daily, addressing chronic and acute health needs with a
focus on preventive care. You will work closely with patients and a
multidisciplinary team to create personalized, biopsychosocial care plans
tailored to each patient’s needs.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient
histories, physical exams, diagnostics, and prescribing treatments, with onsite
lab and pharmacy services available. You will also support health promotion
through evaluations, health coaching, and wellness initiatives. Additionally,
this role includes clinical leadership responsibilities, contributing to
effective communication, process improvements, and supporting team adaptation
to changes. As part of the care team, you will rotate after-hours coverage with
other providers.
Schedule:
This is a part-time position with mandatory Saturdays and two other weekday
shifts.
Requirements:

Board Certification in Family Medicine
·
Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA
number
·
3-5 years of primary care experience, ideally
with a background in case management and health prevention
·
EMR experience, preferably with NextGen
·
Familiarity with coding and documentation,
including Medicare Advantage and HCC
