Job Summary:

HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is seeking a physician assistant to join a well-established orthopedic trauma surgeon in Conroe.

Qualified candidates:

APP with orthopedic surgery experience preferred.
Open to new grads
Certification as a PA
Ability to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license
Must have strong orthopedic experience or passion for orthopedic surgery.

Responsibilities:

Typical schedule is 7 days on/7 days off
12 hour shifts from 7am-7pm
Assist in the Operating Room with procedures, positioning, and closures
Assist in clinical setting with patient issues and prescriptions
Evaluate independent Orthopedic Consults in Emergency Department
Pre-op and Post-op orders
Schedule surgical cases
