Pediatric Critical Care Physician – Part-Time Role with Academic Affiliation and Comprehensive Subspecialty Support
Community Medical Center, a leading healthcare system in Western Montana, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our dynamic team. With a tradition of personalized, high-quality care, our center offers a supportive environment, backed by academic affiliation with the University of Washington.Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7.5 shifts per month
- Call: Pediatric Hospitalists provide first call coverage at night
- Hospital Rounding:
- Subspecialty support includes 24/7 Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Anesthesiology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, ENT, and Urology
- Robust Level 3 NICU with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB services (~1,100 deliveries annually)
- No ECMO, CRRT, or cardiac surgery
- Patient Volume: Average Daily Census of 1; cases may vary in acuity as a regional referral center
- Experience Required: Candidates must have prior relevant work experience
