**Full Time Position**

Group is looking for a dedicated Family Medicine PA or NP.

**Job Responsibilities**
Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day.
Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care. From birth, to acute concerns and chronic illness.
Number of patients seen per day: 15 18
EMR is EPIC
Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week
Each clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers.

**Job Qualifications**
Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
Current DEA License
2 or more years of experience, preferably in rural community medicine
