**Locums Hematology/Oncology - Springfield MA** **Coverage Need** - Dates of Coverage: - Looking for candidates for ongoing dates through 2025 Dates of Coverage: - Feb. 3rd -7th, Feb. 17th -21st, March 24th -28th. -One week/mo would also work - Reason for Coverage: Vacation coverage for current Radiologist - Call: Yes, required - Admissions Required: No **Position Details** - Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic - Procedures: Hematology outpatient, Oncology outpatient, Hematology inpatient, Oncology inpatient - Support Staff: 2 APPs in office, 1 full-time physician, .5 locums in clinic - EHR: Cerner - Lab and infusion suite on site - Patient Load: 14 outpatients per day **Submissions Requirements** - Active MI License - Board Certified - BLS - Clean background for quick credentialing - Provide rates at time of name clear - DEA - Verbal confirmation required at name clear **Skill Requirements** - Hematology/Oncology experience - Ability to participate on a tumor board
