This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with target rounding at 5 days per week. Expected compensation is estimated range of $130,222 to $149,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Provide in-person psychiatric care at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize your expertise to diagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in older adults
- Enjoy the satisfaction of improving the quality of life for your patients
- Active Alabama license/DEA
- Board certification in psychiatry (PMHNP) or a minimum of 2 years of direct psych prescription management experience as an NP
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Passion for mental health
