The HR Digital Solutions Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the digital capabilities within the Human Resources department. This Job involves analyzing digital tools and systems, providing insights for improvements, and ensuring the effective use of technology to optimize the Associate Experience Team’s operations. The Analyst assumes ownership of support cases and follows through until the case has been closed or reassigned to another individual or department. If a question cannot be immediately answered, the Analyst is expected to use available material resources and/or consult with the Product or IS Teams to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner. Advanced product knowledge, good problem-solving skills and excellent customer service are required for this Job. In addition, the Analyst will engage in activities such as product testing, development of knowledge articles/support materials or participate in company events such as product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Work with product engineering, HR Centers of Excellence, vendors and/or IT to maintain HR technologies.
- Support the development of tech roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.
- Support project management activities to successfully deliver the client project.
- Provides analytical support for the evaluation and enhancement of the HR technology ecosystem.
- Analyzes and recommends improvements for automation practices, standards, and metrics.
- Maintains automation solutions by ensuring they are functional.
- Develops and maintains reports for internal stakeholders using data visualization tools.
- Collaborates with internal customers to define requirements and scope for technology projects.
- Participates in technical discussions to provide analytical insights and support decision-making.
- Assists with the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of technology solutions.
- Monitors automation systems, identifies performance issues, and provides solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related is field required.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is preferred.
Knowledge of automation frameworks, methodologies, and tools is preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital solutions, learning management systems, document storage systems or related areas is required.
- Proven ability to support project management and deliver on project goals is preferred.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, documenting in tools such as Jira or Confluence is preferred.
- Experience in data management, process analysis, and software applications is preferred.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python is preferred.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow belt is preferred.
- Agile certified practitioner is preferred.
