Are you a highly skilled nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) seeking a rewarding part-time (weekends) role? About the Role:

As an advanced practice clinician (APC), you will be an integral part of our care team, providing comprehensive primary care services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
Prescribing medications and treatments
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Providing education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

Graduate degree as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Expected compensation is estimated range of $15,000 to $50,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
