About the Role:

As an advanced practice clinician (APC), you will be an integral part of our care team, providing comprehensive primary care services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Prescribing medications and treatments
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Expected compensation is estimated range of $15,000 to $50,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
