Summary:
The Change Management Consultant II plays a pivotal role in guiding and executing organizational change initiatives. This strategic position is key in ensuring seamless transitions and the effective adoption of new practices, aligning with the core values and mission of CHRISTUS Health. The Consultant will work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams, contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies. These strategies are designed to facilitate the introduction and integration of innovative initiatives, programs, and processes, thereby fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
- Execute on the overall Change Management approach and strategy determined by Change Management Leadership, including developing key deliverables based on scope and timeline.
- Own end-to-end deliverables such as change impact assessment and communications plan, including managing timeline, liaising with project teams, taking part in design sessions, and interviewing key stakeholders.
- Consult and coach project teams as needed.
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to successful change, working collaboratively with stakeholders and project team to discern potential impacts stemming from change requests and/or configuration workarounds.
- Review proposed change management communications for alignment with plan and internal communications standards and organizational culture.
- Track existing change management KPIs and develop success metrics for effectiveness of change efforts.
- Continuously incorporate agile ways of working to drive transformation and change.
- Quick learner with attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality, and solid organization skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated experience in project management and facilitating project team meetings.
- Must effectively work in a blended (virtual/Face-to-face) and matrixed organizational structure.
- Must have experience in coordinating or implementing organizational learning and development frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with change management tools and frameworks.
- Experience in projects involving mergers, acquisitions, and integration of business operations is preferred.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field strongly preferred.
Experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in Change Management, co-leading organization-wide projects.
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
• Must be a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
