**Position Details**
- Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 7AM - 7AM
- Setting: Clinic and inpatient call
- Patients:
- Clinic: 16-25/day
- Inpatient: 36/day
- Deliveries: ~50 births/year per facility
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN, CRNAs, midwives
- Admissions Required: Yes
- Facility Accepts Multiple Providers: Yes
- Trauma Level: Not applicable
- NICU Level: Level 2 (Garden City only)

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certification or Eligibility required
- Active Kansas license or IMLC
- Active DEA
- Clean malpractice and background history
- Procedure Logs:
- Minimum of 5 C-sections in the past 24 months
- Minimum of 5 hysterectomies in the past 24 months
- Minimum of 50 deliveries in the past 24 months

**Skill Requirements**
- All OB/GYN procedures, including surgical and emergency cases
- Completion of EPIC EMR training modules and virtual training prior to start
