Job Description
$300,000 first year salary. After first year providers move to 1099 productivity model which is a 60/40 split. $100,000 student loan forgiveness (paid over 4 years). Options exist for either W2 or 1099 employment. Monday-Friday / 8am-5pm / No weekends. . Compensation ranges from 50-90% MGMA for total earnings. Payor mix is mostly Medicare and Private Insurance with some Medicaid and Self Pay. Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage provided. Additional pay for supervising APPs. Epic EMR. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K with employer match up to 3%.
