Paid Malpractice. Position qualifies for PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness). Retirement and Full Benefits. Includes all facets of Dialysis Access. Practice call rotates, currently 1:2 and will grow to 1:3. Mentorship available from current Surgeons. Two OR rooms dedicated to Access - ASC opening early 2025 & 3rd coastal hospital opening 2026 (more OR time for Access!). Position will accept General, Vascular, or Transplant Surgeon or Interventional Nephrology *DIALYSIS ACCESS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*.
