Pediatric opening with a private group only 45 minutes to Charlotte NC. You will join 5 other physician partners and other RNs, CMAs, CNAs and certified coders. Each physician is assigned 1 RN and CMA/CNA daily. This organization was established in 1973. Moderate complexity lab staffed by 2 CMAs. Patient centered, team oriented, and quality driven. Staff members are valued, physicians work very hard with the balance of importance of family time and self-care.

Earnings to exceed $300,000.  1:6 call rotation - telephone consults.  55% Medicaid, 20% private insurance, 20% commercial, 5% self-pay.  Partnership opportunity is possible after 2 year employment contract..  2 year employment contract then potential for offer of partnership. .  $20,000 bonus paid at contract signing, $40,000 after year one, $60,000 paid at the end of year two to act as a sign on bonus and assist with student loan repayment.  Malpractice coverage available.  Hickory has a population around 40,000 people. Hickory is located in the foothills of Western North Carolina. We have a thriving down town with restaurants, breweries, shops, and events. We have parks, a city-walk, and local hiking trails. We are 1 hour from the ski slopes and 4 hours to the coast. You can be at Charlotte Douglas Airport, Greensboro, or Asheville in 1 hour as well. We have great public schools and are home to Lenoir Rhyne University. .
