Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a licensed NP or PA to work in our MedStat urgent care clinics. You will provide urgent and non-urgent healthcare and occupational health services to patients of all ages. Experienced providers or new grads with strong critical care/ED experience will be considered.

Highlights of Practice
- Busy walk-in clinics
- Evaluate and treat wide variety of acute and chronic conditions as well as workers comp injuries within scope of practice, including medication management
- 8 and 12 hour shifts available
- Clinics open 7 days/week

- Perform DOT, post offer, OSHA mandated and sport physicals (DOT training provided)

Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital is located in Warsaw, Indiana and is centrally located between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago.
