HMH Mountainside Medical Group is seeking an experienced Supervisory Nurse Practitioner to join their established Interventional Radiology team in vibrant Montclair, NJ. Your Work:
- Provide advanced clinical expertise in complex procedures, oversee patient assessments and follow-ups, and ensure streamlined operations by coordinating between radiologists, nurses, and technologists
- Offer leadership in staff education and mentorship, promoting adherence to the latest IR practices and safety protocols
- Improve patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with clinical standards
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
- Enhance both patient outcomes and the overall efficiency of the IR department
