Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques
- Master's degree in counseling or related field
- State licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or psychologist
- Experience working with diverse populations, including active older adults with developmental disabilities and those in need of behavioral therapy
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $82,500 to $89,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
