Located in Salmon, ID - Missoula, MT 140m; Butte, MT 145m; Idaho Falls, ID 160m; Bozeman 230m
Seeking an OBGYN to provide comprehensive perinatal care, family medicine, and women's health. Our multi-disciplinary care team is a unique model of fully integrated medical and behavioral health care with licensed therapists and care managers. Our team consists of many specialists, family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, licensed behavioral health provider, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and care coordinators. We serve a rural community, with a varied population.
* Join 3 EP, 2 FMOB physicians, 2 FPs, 4 PAs, & 1 NP
* Reasonable on-call
* Board certified or board eligible

Medical Center is a county owned, 18 bed, CMS certified Critical Access Hospital and Level IV trauma center. The center also includes a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) consisting of family practice, behavioral health, and a walk in-urgent care clinic. There is an additional multifaceted specialty clinic with 11 outpatient services such as audiology, cardiology, dermatology, obstetrics/gynecology, oncology/hematology, ophthalmology, orthopedics & sports medicine, pain clinic, urology, and wound care. Medical Center offers an extensive range of services from a birthing center to comprehensive emergency services.
The Salmon area boasts an abundance of activities from a new wave park located in the middle of town to skiing at Lost Trail Ski Area ski resort 45 miles away, or finding solitude in one of many tranquil hot springs. The community hosts an array of recreation with managed trails including mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, atv-ing, motor biking, hiking, and horseback riding. Our area also has many water activities on our famous River of No Return from Salmon and Steelhead fishing, white water rafting, paddle boarding, kayaking, to jet boating if you are that adventurous. If the river is not your cup of tea, check out our high mountain lakes. Throw a line out from your boat or canoe, or sit back on the quiet pristine shoreline. If hunting is your passion, look no further, Lemhi county has game a plenty. On any given hike you may spot rocky mountain elk, mule deer, white tail deer, mountain goat, bear, prong horn (antelope), mountain lion, wild turkey, and so much more!
