Nurse Practitioner Job In Albuquerque, New Mexico
Lovelace Medical Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at their Emergency General Surgery team in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This position requires fifteen 12-hour shifts per month 7am-7pm, assigned based on surgeons' requests. Must work a combination of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts. The APP is to be available for all emergency room and inpatient surgical consults during their shift. Post-op patients are to be followed up with on an outpatient basis at our downtown general surgery OP clinic. The APP is scheduled for 1 to 2 OP clinics per month.
About this Emergency General Surgery Job Opening:
- Single Specialty Group
- Join a surgery team of 6 elective surgeons, 4 EGS physicians, and 4 EGS APPs
- Onsite Testing and Procedure Room available
- 15 shifts per month 12-hour, 7am-7pm
- EMR: Epic
- General surgery experience preferred but not required
- Surgical First Assist required
