Summary:
Responsible for directing the daily work activities of the Painters, Carpenters, and specific Maintenance Mechanics that are assigned to the Off-site Clinics and Properties. Assist with personnel functions, planning workload of department, customer service relations, and vendor selection relations. Duties involve but are not limited to work order assignment, maintaining building maintenance program, project planning, costing, material ordering, procurement of services, maintaining project schedules, and assisting with compliance regarding all regulatory codes.
