A Partner position is a no-buy-in partnership and means someone will join day one as Partner in the practice. They will receive top of market compensation for work they do, and additionally are given practice profit sharing and equity. As the lead provider for the practice their vision is used to set the course of the practice for expansion, services offered, scheduling and staffing.
