- Inspire and Mentor: Serve as a role model for professionalism and excellence, providing mentorship and coaching to residents and faculty.
- Shape the Curriculum: Oversee the program’s educational framework, ensuring innovative, patient-centered training.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with hospital leadership, stakeholders, and accrediting bodies to maintain a high-performing, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Bring
- Leadership Expertise: At least 3 years of documented educational and/or administrative experience.
- Clinical Excellence: Current Board Certification in Family Medicine and active involvement in patient care.
- A Passion for Education: A commitment to fostering a supportive, dynamic learning environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities to engage with faculty, residents, and community partners.
- Washington Medical License: Or the ability to obtain one, along with certifications in CPR, ACLS, and BLS.
