Our team is seeking a full time experienced nurse practitioner to provide, assist and support physicians and patients in an outpatient setting, focused on pain evaluation and medication management. Applicants must have completed advanced education and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions and chronic illnesses.

Requirements: Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with 2 or more years of experience practicing in a pain management setting.
