Job Summary:
CarePartners is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).Qualified Candidates:
Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program with appropriate certification exams
This is an independent role and candidates must have two or more years of experience as a practicing NP or physician assistant treating geriatric, internal medicine or mental health patients.
Please note that this position does not offer visa support
