The physician works closely with pharmacists on medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, they complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary in collaboration with the nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

We ask that you be board certified/board eligible in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM), have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide high quality, efficient, and safe care.
• Communicate to all stakeholders including IDT, family, pharmacy, and patient to insure safe care
• Round on all patients as medically necessary
• Participate in medical staff or facility committees to improve quality
• Participate in practice group meetings
• Work closely with facilities and regional leadership to determine physician need
• Submit timely and accurate billing, coding, and documentation

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $47,000 to $56,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This position is part-time, 1 day/week.
