- Help to oversee the day-to day business operations
- Provide staff guidance and training for physician practices
- Supportive staff for physician and nurse practitioners.
- Correspondence
- Coordination of provider-directed appointments
- Collaborate with ECT coordinator, as needed
- Ensures completion of daily close
- Deposits
- Month end reports/close/data back-up
- Payroll for office staff
- Supply ordering
- Coordinating time off for office staff
- Ensuring hospital and mail run
- Perform other duties as required.
