• Includes a sign-on bonus and loan repayment
• Open to internal medicine or family practice candidates
• 80% clinical and 20% admin duties
• Must have hospitalist experience
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Be in charge of medical staff in the progressive care unit (ICU, step-down, and med/surg)
• Work 36 - 40 hours per week (with 8 - 12 hours per week for medical director duties)
