We currently provide post-acute primary care services to 40+ facilities across the state of Alabama. Additional growth and leadership opportunities are available as well.
We ask that you be board certified in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with an active Alabama license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is a plus, but it is not required.
