**Locums Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology - Albuquerque, NM** **Coverage Need** - Start Date: 3/3/2025 - End Date: Ongoing Two weeks per month Mon. through Friday Call rotation (one week / per month) Weekdays and Weekends - Length of Need: Through December 2025 **Position Details** - Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call - Practice Settings: Outpatient - Admissions Required: Yes - Patients Per Day: - GI Lab Days: 18-20 procedures/day (3 days per week) - Clinic Days: 18-20 visits/day - Call Rotation: One week per month (weekdays and weekends) - Facility Stroke Certified: Yes - Call Type: Beeper **Submissions Requirements** - Board Certified; Will accept board eligible with sit date for boards scheduled within 12-18 months of being confirmed for this assignment. - Clean history required - ACLS, BLS **Skill Requirements** - Specialty Skills: Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology - Upper GI Endoscopy - Lower GI Endoscopy - Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyps - ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) - Liver biopsy - Esophageal dilatation/manometry - Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
