Job Details:
- Working in the town of Roanoke (many possible other locations in western or central VA could also be considered and discussed)
- 15 -20 patients per day
- Providing a wide scope of behavioral health work in a post-acute care setting
- This is a full-time position
- Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
- Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
- Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
- Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines
- Board certified PMHNP
- New grads welcome
- Willing to train experienced candidates as well
- Licensed in Virginia
