Job Description
Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – General Surgery
Location: Pennsylvania
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily patient rounds, including order entry, progress notes, and discharges
- Perform bedside procedures such as dressing changes and drain/NGT removal
- Consults and admissions from ER or other services
- First assist in general surgery cases (open, laparoscopic, and robotic)
- Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required.
- Board Certification: Board Certified NP or PA.
- Certifications: BLS and CPR required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- DEA Certification: Required.

- Work alongside attending surgeons
- APP/Mid-Level support available
- Collaborative, team-based environment
- EMR: Epic
- Days to Privilege: Approx. 90 days
- Travel and lodging provided
