**Locums Ophthalmology/Retina Specialist - Billings, Montana** **Coverage Need** - Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing **Position Details** - Practice Setting: Outpatient - Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Patients Per Shift: 25-28 - Trauma Level: 1 - EMR System: Cerner - Orientation: One full 9-hour day with IT support **Submissions Requirements** - BLS: Yes **Skill Requirements** - Non-surgical and surgical/invasive procedures - Non-surgical/laser procedures, including cryotherapy - Laser treatments: anterior and posterior segments - Surgical procedures: - Phacoemulsification - Extracapsular and intracapsular extraction - Refractive surgeries (LASIK, PRK, radial keratectomy) - Posterior segment procedures: vitreo-retinal and intra-ocular injections - Ophthalmology studies: - Ultrasound (A and B-Scan) performance and interpretation - Fluorescein angiography interpretation - Optical coherence tomography interpretation **Requirements** - Active license: Not required for bid - Board Certification/Eligibility: Yes - Clean history: Required - IMLC: Accepted
