Locums - A well respected group is looking for an experience Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) near South Bend, Indiana.
- ASAP start date for a period of 6 months to start
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Minimum of 1 year working with elderly population
- Active IN license, BLS, CDS, DEA
- M-F, 8a-4p
- Rotating call 1 week on, 1 week off
- Will consider part-time hours for the right candidate
- All inclusive care for the elderly, coordinate and provide all needed preventative, primary, acute and long term services
- EMR used is TruChart
- Competitive hourly rate, mileage and travel provided as needed
