Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient team at a well-established community health center in Philadelphia, PA. This position involves providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Local candidates are preferred for this assignment.
Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing (minimum 3-month commitment)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Options:
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Includes a 40-minute lunch break.
- Options:
- Patient Volume: 20 patients per day.
- Patient Type: Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients.
Requirements
- Discipline: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Certifications: Board Certified, DEA, and BLS
- Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- EMR Proficiency: Experience with Athena EMR is a plus.
Support & Facility Information
- Support Staff: Includes MAs, RNs, and administrative personnel.
- Patient Demographics: Newborns to geriatrics.
