Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at a reputable community health center in Philadelphia, PA. This outpatient role involves providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics, in a supportive clinical environment. Local candidates are preferred.
Key Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing (minimum 3-month commitment)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Options:
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Includes a 40-minute lunch break.
- Options:
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day.
- Patient Type: Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients.
- Support Staff: Includes MAs, RNs, and administrative personnel.
- EMR System: Athena
Requirements
- Discipline: MD/DO
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Certifications: Board Certification, DEA, and BLS
- Experience: Previous outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license required.
