**Primary Care Physician opening in OR**
**Located in Portland**
**Full Time and Part Time Positions available**

Located in the heart of the Hollywood District in NE Portland, our clinic offers on-site diagnostic imaging, laboratory, behavioral health and dermatology.
**Highlights:**
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. Ability to build patient panels around specific populations and areas of interest.
Unmatched physician support - 1 RN for every 2 physicians, dedicated MA, complex care manager, patient services coordinator and coding support
Ability to participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
One of the longest standing independently owned practices in the Portland area where our physicians love their jobs and the average tenure is 30+ years!
Partnership track is encouraged!
**Compensation:**
Full time* salary is $275,000 with 2 year guarantee, Part time is available with a salary prorated equivalently.
Production incentive bonus (majority of physicians in the clinic earn additional production incentives)
$40,000 sign on bonus paid out over 2 years time. Prorated for part time.
We support quick panel ramp up via extensive patient waitlist and retiring physician panels
*Full time = 4 day work schedule with 1 rotating 1/2 Saturday every 4-6 weeks
*VERY light call (no hospital call, call only for patients from clinic)
**The following is also part of your compensation package:**
DEA Renewal Fees Paid
License Renewal Fees Paid
Reasonable Professional Association Dues Paid
3 weeks of vacation (based on days worked)
1 week of paid sick leave (based on days worked)
2 weeks allowed for CMEs (based on days worked)
$3,500 CME expenses allowed annually
Malpractice claims made at $2M/$6M.

MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Additionally, our providers are staffed with tremendous support. You will have your own MA, an RN shared with one other provider, and a patient coordinator shared between you and 2-3 other providers depending upon panel size.
