Job Description

Watertown Regional Medical Center is assisting with the recruitment of an additional CRNA to our independent group, Watertown Anesthesia. Experience preferred, but not required. This is a 1099 opportunity in an all CRNA practice with call shared equally.

  • $325k starting base salary
  • 8 weeks PTO
  • Malpractice covered
  • Covering one hospital only
  • 30-minute call back response from home or the hospital supplied call apartment
  • Half of the time, post-call days are off (24 days total)

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate would have experience performing US guided nerve blocks. We have a robust orthopedic practice requiring daily peripheral nerve block procedures (willing to train the right candidate)
  • Provider must be comfortable working in an independent practice and taking call independently, including placing labor epidurals and central lines
  • APNP certified and DEA license required
  • Team focused, professional, and adaptive with strong communication skills
