Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 with no cap on productivity income potential. This is based on a 3.5 to 4 day work week.

Role Overview
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexibility on which 3-4 days a week you are working as long as days every week are consistent
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with Provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
- Hold a valid full license as either LPC/LMHC
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
