**Located in Meriden, 21m to Hartford**
**Full Time Position**

We are seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join our team as an admitting and cross-coverage physician. This position requires working 12 shifts per month with flexible scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Provide admissions and cross-coverage for two hospital units during night shifts.
Respond to rapid response teams and non-ICU codes as needed.
Collaborate with APRNs for patient transfers to the ICU if necessary.
Average of 8 admissions per night with two physicians on duty.

**Qualifications:**

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Connecticut.
