A leading healthcare organization in Connecticut is seeking a neurosurgeon to join a community hospital in Norwich, CT. This 233-bed medical center offers a full range of services and serves as a level 3 trauma center. The new neurosurgeon will inherit a robust practice with an expected volume of 100+ cases in the first year, increasing to 200-250 cases as the practice grows, focusing primarily on spine surgery.
Key features of the position include:
24/7 trauma and neurohospitalist coverage
Access to advanced surgical technology, including robotics and navigation systems
Two ambulatory clinic locations with various neurology services
Competitive compensation package with base salary, RVU bonus, and additional equipment funding
The surrounding areas, including Mystic and Norwich, offer a vibrant community with rich history and diverse attractions, making it an ideal place to live and work.
