**Primary Care Physician Position Summary:**

HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in fast-growing, eastern Connecticut town of Norwich.

**Position details:**

Role: 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)
Location: Norwich CT
Schedule: Full- or Part-time, weekdays only, 4-day work weeks offered
Teaching: optional with faculty appointment
Phone Call Only: average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
Guarantee range: $250,000 - $345,000
