**Position Details**
Manage a variety of acute neurological issues in the Emergency Department, medical/surgical floors, and ICUs.
Schedule: 24 weeks of inpatient coverage annually:
Week = 7 consecutive days (8 AM 8 PM)
Shared telephone-based evening call coverage
Weekend evenings supported by Teleneurology

Active involvement in clinical research, quality improvement, patient experience initiatives, and educational lectures
Strong emphasis on acute stroke care expertise
Hospital: 109-bed community hospital in Northwest Connecticut
