Role: Primary Care Physician Patients 18+
Location: West Hartford, CT
Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, with a 4-day workweek option
Call: Minimal phone call (2 weekends/year, 1 weeknight every ~2 months)
