**Position Details**
Provide outpatient care and consults to the geriatric population
Perform SNF consults and work closely with an interdisciplinary team
Maintain high-quality, coordinated care by utilizing senior resources and support services
Opportunity for teaching with a faculty appointment (optional)
Manage infrequent phone call duties for work/life balance
