**Role Details**
Combination of clinical and faculty responsibilities
Office-based, outpatient Primary Care in Winsted, CT (Litchfield County)

**Schedule & Call Details:**
Full-time, weekdays only
Mix of precepting, patient care, and administrative time
Phone call only: ~2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months

**Compensation & Benefits:**
Base salary starting at $250,000+ with uncapped incentive bonuses
