**Position Details**
Role: Primary Care Physician (patients 18+)
Location: Waterford, CT
Setting: 100% office-based outpatient care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only, with a 4-day workweek option available
Phone Call: Minimal ~2 call weekends/year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months
