**Position Details**
Role: Outpatient Primary Care (18+ patients)
Location: Bristol, CT
Schedule: Full-time or part-time options, weekdays only
Teaching: Optional with a faculty appointment
Call: Phone-only, averaging 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Compensation: Guaranteed range $250,000 $345,000 with uncapped incentive bonuses
Work Authorization: H1B cap-exempt employer
