**Position Details**
Role: 100% Outpatient Primary Care (Adults 18+)
Location: Bristol, CT
Schedule: Full-time or part-time, weekdays only, with a 4-day work week option
Teaching: Optional, with the potential for a faculty appointment
Call: Phone-only, averaging 2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Compensation: Guaranteed range $250,000 $345,000, plus uncapped incentives
